In 2020, the world changed in ways none of us could have anticipated. In the midst of uncertainty and the challenges brought on by COVID-19, I made the courageous decision to step away from the agency setting and open the doors to Tanya Goodman Counseling. What began as a leap of faith was deeply rooted in a clear purpose: to create a safe, supportive, and protected therapeutic space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.
My mission has always been to walk alongside clients as they reflect on their past and present experiences, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and address behaviors or relationships that no longer serve them. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I support clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change — helping them move toward a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.
